OmegaGenics EPA-DHA 300 features a concentrated, purified source of omega-3 fatty acids in triglyceride form from sustainably sourced, cold-water fish. Each softgel provides a total of 180 mg. EPA and 120 mg. DHA.

Free from GMOs and gluten. Contains fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel)

Ingredients: Marine lipid concentrate [fish (anchovy, sardine, and mackerel) oil], Softgel shell (gelatin, glycerin, water), Contains 2 percent or less of mixed tocopherols (antioxidant), Natural lemon flavor, Natural lime flavor, Rosemary extract, and Ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant). 

Standard dosage: Take 2 softgels up to 2 times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
