Ordering

Tracking an Order

Package tracking enables you to know where your package is at on its way to you. Your email receipt and account will provide the tracking number associated with your purchase transaction.

Health Resources Unlimited, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost by carriers if you have provided the correct shipping information.

Adding to an Order

If you would like to add additional items to an order you recently submitted you will need to place a second order. If possible we will combine orders for shipping.

Canceling an Order

Online orders are processed at the time you purchase them. Consequently, an order cannot be canceled once you have completed the transaction.

When an Item is Out of Stock

Although we strive to maintain sufficient supplies of all inventory listed in our online catalog, there may be times when items become temporarily unavailable. You will be unable to put an item that is out of stock into your cart. You can choose to be notified by email when this products becomes available again. You will then be able to put it in your cart to be purchased and shipped or add it to your next order.

Partial Order Fulfillment

If any items you wish to purchase on VitalGoods are unavailable for shipping you will have the option to proceed with shipping the items that are currently available.

You can request a notification when the item(s) you want become available. These items will be treated as a separate order with corresponding shipping and handling fees when you order them.

We invoice only for items shipped and your credit card is only charged at the time your order is ready to be shipped to you.

Backordered Items of Onsite Orders

Items ordered on the telephone or in person at the Health Resources Unlimited, Inc. storefront may be picked up or shipped when they become available. Standard shipping charges, policies and practices apply.

Product Selection and Special Orders

We are often able to special order products not currently part of our normal inventory, especially from a brand that we carry. You are welcome to ask us and we will see if we can get it for you.

If you are ordering specific products or require product information, you may contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Drop Shipments from the Manufacturer

In certain situations special order or out of stock items may be drop shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. This option can facilitate rapid delivery when needed. Additional fees may apply.

In such circumstances, you will still be purchasing the item(s) from VitalGoods.com (Health Resources Unlimited, Inc.) and your bank card transaction record will reflect that relationship.
