You may shop anonymously with cash at our retail location(s). When you use a credit/debit card, our payment processor collects necessary payment details and we retain relevant order history.

For returns/refunds, we may request identifying information (e.g., name, address, phone, or ID) to help prevent fraud.

Clinician-Only / Restricted Products: Some products are available only if you designate a medical professional with whom you have an active therapeutic relationship and/or if you possess a valid prescription issued by a properly licensed professional where required by law (e.g., Oregon). Your declarations are accepted in good faith; you are solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of such statements.

8. Discussions & Community Tools
