  • You may shop anonymously with cash at our retail location(s). When you use a credit/debit card, our payment processor collects necessary payment details and we retain relevant order history.

  • We may request your ZIP code to help us improve product and service offerings in your area.

  • For returns/refunds, we may request identifying information (e.g., name, address, phone, or ID) to help prevent fraud.

Clinician-Only / Restricted Products: Some products are available only if you designate a medical professional with whom you have an active therapeutic relationship and/or if you possess a valid prescription issued by a properly licensed professional where required by law (e.g., Oregon). Your declarations are accepted in good faith; you are solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of such statements.

8. Discussions & Community Tools

If the Website offers public or semi-public features (e.g., reviews, forums, chat, educational materials), information you post may be visible to others and may be used by HRU as permitted by this Policy and the Terms. Do not post personal or sensitive information in public areas.
