• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We ship using USPS Priority Flat Rate and Express Flat Rate.
  

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

• Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — see current promotions on our website.

Domestic Shipping

• We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

• Standard delivery times range from 2–7 business days, depending on location and whether you choose Standard or Expedited Shipping.

International Shipping

• At this time, VitalGoods primarily serves U.S. customers. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us to confirm availability and rates.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You may track your package through the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Delays & Issues
