Protected Products
Certain substances and formulations on VitalGoods are restricted for sale and only available to customers engaged in a therapeutic relationship with a medical professional. You can designate your healthcare provider in your account under Clinician Information to gain access to these products.
Restricted Products
Certain substances and formulations can only be purchased through VitalGoods, or in person at our retail location, upon prescription by a physician, initially or as a refill.

These items are available to everyone through VitalGoods.
Protected Products
The manufacturers and/or distributors of certain substances and formulations prohibit direct sales to the general public on the internet. Purchase of these items is only available to customers engaged in a therapeutic relationship with a medical professional. Within your customer account you can designate your clinician(s), with their licensure and location, to gain access to these products.
Restricted Products
Certain items available through VitalGoods can only be dispensed upon prescription by a physician, as a refill of a previously filled prescription, or in person through our retail location.
These items include but are not limited to herbal or nutrient substances or formulations with specific therapeutic applications or certain ingredients requiring professional supervision and homeopathic medicines over 30c potency and/or designated as prescription-only substances by the US Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia (such as nosodes). Note: Arnica 200c, Aconite 200c and other first-aid homeopathics are available for purchase without these requirements.
In order to process orders for these products, we require that you be a registered customer and have a valid prescription, which can be delivered by fax, mail or in person.
