Vegetarian. Free from gluten and GMOs

Ingredients: Chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus) fruit extract, Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root and rhizome extract, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract 

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, Silica, Stearic acid (vegetable) and coating (hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose)

Standard dosage: Take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner
